Dr. Mohammad Amir Khusru Akhtar, known by his pen name Shunya, is the founder and animating spirit of Shunya Publications. More than a publishing label, it is envisioned as a creative imprint and an intellectual initiative, uniting philosophy, literature, science, technology, and education under one horizon.

Shunya Publications is an independent publishing house, with Shunya as its founding author and creative visionary. The proprietorship is legally held under Neha Akhtar (Proprietor).
