IJSSCP publishes scholarship on how social systems, cultures, and policies co-evolve with technology and institutions. We invite comparative, global, and interdisciplinary work that speaks to decision-makers as well as to theory.

The journal will be launched as a peer-reviewed open access platform, ensuring rigorous evaluation, transparency, and accessibility for the global academic and policy community.
